Enjoy hands on learning through creative play and interactive exhibits at the 5th oldest children’s museum in the United States. The space features rotating exhibits as well as permanent experiences including the Adventure Climber, a full size two-seater Cirrus airplane, STEM stations, and the Little Explorers area for the museum's youngest visitors.

Work with your hands, build community, and have fun! The Duluth Folk School provides people with the opportunity to use their heads, hearts, and hands to improve their lives. In essence, we are a school for people that focuses on using tools and knowledge to express skills through hand crafting. It is our hope to blend traditional skills and tools with modern day tools and techniques to deliver fantastic, fun classes. It’s all about helping you discover your creative abilities and developing skills.

We are a community Workshop, run like a fitness gym, where a monthly membership pays for shared access to tech tools, electronics, woodshop, metal shop, tech shop, crafts, classrooms, fabrics, etc! Similar places have been sprouting up across the country. They are a real community asset driving innovation, education and cooperation.
